      Guten Tag,

      ich habe folgendes Problem. Hab meiner Freundin einen XPS 13 gekauft. Dieser hatte bis zum Zeitpunkt der Neuaufsetzung tadellos funktioniert. Mittlerweile stürzt dieser jedoch bei der kleinsten Benutzung ab.

      Habe die Minidump Dateien mit WhoCrashed mal ausgewertet kann damit aber leider nicht so viel anfangen. Einen CHKDSK-Check hat keine Ergebnisse gebracht.

      Ich kopiere hier mal die Daten die mir WhoCrashed ausgespruckt hat:

    • Hatte nur gefragt ob es eventuelle ein Upgrade gegeben hätte. Dabei kann es zu Konfilkten mit Treibern kommen.

      Oftmals ist es ein defekter RAM welcher den BS mit dieser Fehelermeldung verursacht. So etwas kündigt sich nicht unbedingt an.
      Mem-Test kann helfen, findet aber auch nicht immer was. RAM einzeln testen oder aber andere (geliehene) ausprobieren.

      Ein Treiberproblem kann, wie oben geschrieben, auch die Ursache sein. Z.B. wenn Windows Treiber sucht und verwendet. Gerne das Wlan-Modul.
      Beim Clean-Install sollte man sich vorher alle benötigten Treiber herunterladen. Dazu einfach den Service Tag (auf der Rückseite vom gerät zu finden)
      auf der Treiber-Support-Seite eingeben. Die relevanten Treiber werden angezeigt. Geg. kann man den aktuellsten Chipsatztreiber von der Herstellerseite
      herunterladen, muss man aber nicht.

      Reigenfolge wäre denn: OS, Chipsatz, Graka, dann Rest.

      So würde ich es noch einmal versuchen.

      • MX 11 für mich Urlaub + Manchmal noch XPS 1730
      • Samsung Tab S2
      • Im Büro nur Dell-Rechner, weil die im Office einfach gut laufen!
    • Das BSOD ist normal und Sie können diese Schritte ausführen, wenn Sie das irql_not_less_or_equal-Problem beheben möchten.

      1. Wenn Sie Hardware oder Software hinzugefügt haben, schließen Sie die Hardware aus oder deinstallieren Sie zuerst die Software.

      2. Löschen Sie die Datei epfwff.sys. Gehe zu hier: Dieser PC> Lokale Festplatte (C> Windows> System 32> drivers> epfwwfp.sys> Löschen.

      3. Suchen Sie den Fehlertreiber nach Treiberüberprüfung.

      4. Sie sollten die Treiber aktualisieren. Rufen Sie die Website des Computerherstellers auf, um den Fehlertreiber zu aktualisieren oder die Hardwaretreiber auf die neueste Version zu aktualisieren.

      5. Führen Sie Windows-Speicherdiagnose aus. Dies hilft beim Testen des Computerspeicherproblems.

      6. Stellen Sie Ihr System wieder her. Wenn all diese Dinge nicht helfen können, sollten Sie Ihr System wiederherstellen.
